Set up an integration action

Let's cover how to set up a specific action: creating a task.

Create a task

For the most part, answering all of the required fields will get you what you want, but we'll describe those fields and what they mean.

  • Workspace — Choose a workspace. Typically, this is your organization.
  • Project — Choose the project you want to add the task under.
  • Section — Projects may have board or list headings that you can specifically send a task to directly. This is optional.
  • Parent task — You can set this task as a child task under some parent task. This is optional.
  • Task name — Choose what you'd like to call your task.
  • Notes — You can add notes to your task, but you don't have to.

Custom fields are not supported.
