To add a question or payment fields to your form;

  1. Create a new form using the top right ‘Create form’ button in your dashboard
  2. Click on the line in the editor where you want the field to be
  3. Choose the ‘Add Questions’ icon to the left of the line to insert a field
  4. Choose the type of question from the dropdown to the right
  5. Fill in the details, like question title, description, etc.
  6. Select ‘Configure’ to the right of the question to configure question specific behaviour, like conditional logic.
  7. Drag, copy, or delete questions using the icons to the right of the field.
