Yes, you can auto-send a Stripe receipt to customers. Here’s how:

  1. When editing your form, go to Configure > Payments.
  2. Make sure you have your Stripe payment account added.
  3. Make sure a stripe account is selected under “Payment account used on this form”.
  4. Toggle on “Include Stripe receipt email in the checkout”.

Now your customers will be asked to enter their best address for the receipt in the checkout, and will be auto-sent a Stripe receipt on successfully being charged.

Note that this is only available for the Stripe Credit Card checkout. If you are using a different payment source (e.g. iDEAL pay), then the email address may not be captured.
