With the Help Scout direct integration, it is now easy to create new conversations in Help Scout from your form submissions.

Show me how!

  1. In the form editor of the form you would like to connect to Help Scout, go to After Submission > Integrations in the top navigation.
  2. Click on the Help Scout icon in the list of direct integrations, and select the action (Create a Conversation).
  3.  Click the "Add Account +" button to connect Help Scout to your account.
  4. Follow the prompts to continue setting up the integration.

You can remove or rename your Help Scout account at any time in your account settings.
